Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. sunMYLOVE provides return shipping for approved eligible returns. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from the order.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unworn, unused and returned with its original packaging and included accessories.
- Please avoid altering, polishing or repairing the item before contacting us.
- Proof of purchase and the original order number are required.
- Items showing wear, misuse, accidental damage or missing components may not qualify.
How to request a return
- Open the return request form and enter the purchaser and order details.
- Identify the product, quantity and reason for the request.
- For damage, defects or an incorrect item, include clear photographs when customer care contacts you.
- Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything. Unapproved parcels may be delayed or refused.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly after delivery and keep all packaging. Once verified, customer care will arrange the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair or refund. This protection also applies to custom items when the issue is attributable to production or fulfilment.
Refund timing
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Before you send a parcel
Do not return an item to an address found on a parcel label or website without approval. The correct return destination and shipping instructions will be supplied for each approved request.
