Understand how long preparation takes, when tracking is provided and what may affect delivery before placing your order.

United States standard delivery

Shipping charges
Available shipping services and any applicable charge are displayed during checkout. The checkout amount is the controlling price for the selected destination and service.
Other destinations
Availability, charges and estimates for destinations outside the United States are shown at checkout when service is available.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the dispatch email includes the tracking reference. It may take 24–72 hours after dispatch for the carrier’s first scan to appear.
Customs and import charges
International parcels may be subject to destination-country duties, taxes or customs procedures. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for these charges.

Delivery guidance
Check the address
Review the recipient name, apartment or unit, postal code and telephone number before confirming the order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction.
Delays
Carrier capacity, customs, severe weather, public holidays and remote destinations can extend delivery beyond the estimate.
Delivery problem
If tracking has not updated for several business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with the order number.
